The Sales Executive – Key Account & Wholesale will be responsible for identifying and developing high-volume sales opportunities across wholesale markets and key accounts. The role focuses on conducting market surveys, building strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers, and driving brand penetration in key markets and bazaars.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market surveys to identify high-potential wholesale markets and key accounts.
  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning to develop market-entry strategies.

Lead Generation & Account Development:

  • Identify and target wholesalers and key accounts with the potential for high-volume sales.
  • Develop strategies to persuade existing wholesalers to switch to "Over & Out" products.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key market players.
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure continued brand loyalty and growth.

Sales & Negotiation:

  • Develop customized sales pitches and solutions that address the needs of wholesalers and key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional offers to secure bulk orders and long-term partnerships.

Promotional Activities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns within key markets and bazaars.
  • Identify opportunities for co-branding, point-of-sale displays, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor sales performance and market penetration, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in wholesale, key account sales, or B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across markets and bazaars.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the insect repellent or home care industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with wholesale dynamics and retail distribution networks in Pakistan.
