Accountant

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

General Accounting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable/receivable.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
Handle general ledger entries and journal postings.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Monitor and track departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated limits.

Audit & Internal Controls:

Support external auditors during audits and ensure all requested documentation is prepared.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
