Customer Relation Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer relation officer to join our team. Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different customer needs.
Professionalism Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to remain calm, collected, and professional in challenging situations.
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required
