We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry, and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and target potential customers in various industries that require packaging solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing them with tailored packaging solutions to meet their needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitors, and trends in the packaging industry.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Present packaging solutions to clients, prepare quotations, and handle negotiations effectively.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s overall growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products, services, and packaging technologies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and services are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good understanding of the packaging industry and market dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
