Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Responsible for maintaining the HR working on ERP software and on reliable HR management system.
Responsible for ensuring the requirements of EOBI, PESSI, Group Life Insurance, and Labor laws of Pakistan considering the HR requirement of the Company.
Responsible for ensuring planning working and submission of salaries, overtime relievers, general expenses, EOBI, PESSI to the accounts department in real time.
Responsible for maintaining HR requirements as per project needs and maintaining the documentation to meet audit requirements.
Writes and delivers presentations to top management regarding human resources policies and practices.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
Prepares budget of human resources operations.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
