Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their recruitment skills and knowledge.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment and HR operations.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry groups to promote employer branding.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment.
