Your Role:

As a Document Controller & Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our operations in the chemical industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining accurate documentation for chemical products, safety data sheets (SDS), and regulatory filings.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, REACH, TSCA, GHS).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to review and update documentation as needed.
Conducting audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Staying up-to-date with evolving regulations and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
Supporting the development and implementation of compliance strategies and training programs.

What We’re Looking For:

A post-graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in document control, regulatory compliance, or a similar role within the chemical industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical regulations, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
