Your Role: 

As a Document Controller & Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our operations in the chemical industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate documentation for chemical products, safety data sheets (SDS), and regulatory filings.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, REACH, TSCA, GHS).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to review and update documentation as needed.
  • Conducting audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving regulations and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of compliance strategies and training programs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • post-graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in document control, regulatory compliance, or a similar role within the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical regulations, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
