We are seeking a creative and motivated Associate Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate Designer, you will assist in creating visually engaging graphics for digital and print materials, contributing to the overall aesthetic of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of graphic designs for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, print materials, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Prepare design assets for digital and print production, ensuring the highest quality standards and consistency across all materials.
- Edit and retouch images as needed, optimizing them for various media formats.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh design ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and mock-ups for client or team reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of professional design experience (internships or freelance experience are welcome).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of web design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design aesthetics.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and take constructive feedback.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work (digital, print, or both).
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with animation and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, etc.).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
