We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external clients. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of ocean freight logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding ocean freight services.
  • Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Account Management: Maintain customer records, monitor accounts, and follow up on leads to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate bookings, track shipments, and manage documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide insights that drive sales strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or delays proactively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in ocean freight, logistics, or a related field. Sales support experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations, incoterms, and ocean freight processes.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
