As an HR Executive at the Company, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling all HR-related tasks for high-performing sales teams in particular.

Responsibilities:

Implementing and managing Company HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Provide Training and Support to our Sales teams
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Preparing and presenting HR and Sales-related reports to management
Managing employee separation processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
4+ years of experience in HR management for a sales-related division a must
Experience with Sales Training, including on usage of relevant CRM, Tele-sales Productivity software, etc, a significant plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
