We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent client management skills, and a deep understanding of the property market. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Showcase properties to prospective buyers and renters, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales/rental agreements in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategies for promoting properties.
  • Prepare detailed market analysis reports for clients and management.
  • Handle inquiries promptly and provide clients with comprehensive information about properties and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management minimum 2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, real estate tools, and Microsoft Office 

Education Requirements:

  • Intermediate degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
