Key Responsibles:
Create and Track Telemarketing/Call Center Agent Goals
Manage day-to-day operations and projects and also oversee task implementation.
Participating in recruiting Call Center Agents team members
KPI Tracking and Achievement and Prepare performance report
Staff training and motivation
Speak English (Know Russian is a plus)
Experienced in Sales/Marketing Call Center min. 2 years
Management/managerial experience min. 2 years
Work experience with CRM
Ambition, Energyc, and Charisma
Result Orientation and Analytical Skill
