We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Founder in launching and managing digital-first business ventures. This remote-first, full-time role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who excels in responsibility, initiative, and precision. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations and will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily digital operations and workflows efficiently
Execute tasks and directives proactively and with attention to detail
Maintain Shopify stores and oversee all e-commerce transactions
Handle client communications, emails, and calendar scheduling
Manage and grow the company’s professional presence on social media platforms
Communicate effectively with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Be available during flexible working hours, as required
Travel occasionally for business assessments and training (fully paid)
Progress into a leadership role to manage internal teams as the business grows
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in digital business, e-commerce, or executive assistant roles
Strong command of digital tools such as Shopify, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in email communication
Must own a phone and laptop (company devices will be provided after probation)
Willingness to work flexible hours and maintain high responsiveness
Ability to submit a character reference or a Facebook profile for verification
Valid passport for international business travel
