Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth.
- Oversee lead generation and nurturing across all channels.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Sales, marketing, or business development certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
