Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth.
  • Oversee lead generation and nurturing across all channels.
  • Manage and mentor the Business Development team.
  • Lead Upwork bidding and client acquisition efforts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and optimize CRM processes for client management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Sales, marketing, or business development certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
