We are looking for a Front Desk Officer, in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive, you should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Greet and check-in guests
  2. Schedule and manage facility tours, track walk-ins, and scheduled tours, and send confirmation emails
  3. Follow up and share the right and complete information with potential clients
  4. Anticipate client needs over the visit and build rapport with customers
  5. Provide guests with information about amenities, area,s and venues and promote services
  6. Assist the Community Associate in on-boarding new clients
  7. Record guest’s information and their requirement in the CRM
  8. Prepare presentations and content to share with guests
  9. Any other tasks associated with fulfilling your role effectively

Hiring Criteria

  • Proven experience as a concierge; experience in customer service or relevant roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability to multitask and time management
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • Degree in hotel management or a relevant field will be a plus
