We’re hiring a sharp, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the training or service industry. The candidate should be a pro in managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, SEO, and social media marketing to drive leads, boost visibility, and support institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads Management

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and brand visibility.

  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.

  • Monitor ad budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure high ROI.

  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports, including key KPIs such as CTR, CPL, and ROAS.

SEO & Website Management

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.

  • Conduct regular SEO audits and improve technical SEO and UX performance of the company website.

  • Collaborate with web developers to optimize site structure, speed, and content layout for better SEO performance.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop and maintain content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Create engaging, branded content including posts, visuals, captions, and CTAs using tools like Canva.

  • Launch and manage engagement campaigns to increase brand awareness and build a loyal community.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards.

  • Provide actionable insights and adjust marketing strategies based on data and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the training, education, or service sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in running high-performing Google & Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and keyword strategy.

  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress (basic level), and email marketing platforms.

  • Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, content creation, and time management abilities
