IRC has been working in Pakistan since 1980, managing and delivering large, complex programs to meet the needs in health, education, safeguarding, environmental health and livelihoods for displaced, poor and disaster affected communities. With the support of the federal and provincial governments, and generous donors, the IRC is currently implementing multiple projects across the country.
Job Overview/Summary:
The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain team in executing procurement, logistics, and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include facilitating petty cash purchases, generating and scanning procurement documents, attaching relevant tax documents, and coordinating with vendors to collect required paperwork. The intern will also liaise with the Finance Department to ensure timely vendor payments and work closely with program teams to arrange and deliver supplies for trainings and other activities.
Additional duties include processing utility bills, supervising vehicle fueling, preparing monthly reports, and maintaining proper documentation. The intern will assist in coordinating staff travel logistics, managing assets and inventory, and supporting general warehousing and administrative functions. This role offers practical exposure to supply chain operations within a humanitarian context.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Work Experience: Prior internship or volunteer experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
