Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory across several retail outlets, ensuring accurate recording of all incoming stock.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Handle back-office duties such as data entry and preparation of comprehensive inventory reports.
- Work in partnership with store staff to maintain appropriate stock levels and facilitate timely replenishment.
- Assist in enhancing inventory control processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in inventory management or stock control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills.
- Capability to efficiently manage back-office operations.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and reporting.
