Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage vendor accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. This role requires proficiency in ERP accounting software and strong analytical abilities to support the financial operations of the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor accounts, including processing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain and update the cash book, ensuring all cash transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Handle bookkeeping records meticulously, including the preparation and verification of invoices to support smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate financial information related to vendor accounts.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing vendor accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable within a professional accounting environment.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software, demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize these systems efficiently for financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple financial records and transactions accurately.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders professionally and clearly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
