Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee HR to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to launch their career in HR and gain hands-on experience across multiple functions. The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and HR software management. Key Responsibilities
The Trainee HR will assist in various aspects of the HR function, including:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Assisting with onboarding new hires and managing offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintaining and updating employee records accurately using HR software such as ResourceInn.
- Managing daily attendance records, tracking employee leave, and maintaining timesheets.
- Drafting HR-related correspondence such as letters, memos, and warning notices under supervision.
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and organizing training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
- Helping monitor performance evaluation processes to support employee development.
- Ensuring proper documentation and filing of all employee data and records in compliance with company policies.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as assigned by the HR department to support overall HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant internship or trainee experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction within the team and with employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary to manage documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
