Job Summary
We are looking for a committed full-time professional to join our team based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing content posting and customer engagement across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is crucial in strengthening our online presence, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding customer support. The position is office-based, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs30,000 and Rs40,000.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties include managing content posting and actively responding to customer comments on various e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Daraz, TikTok, and our company website. You will be expected to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that increase audience engagement and contribute to sales growth.

Order tracking and maintaining accurate reporting are essential to ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. Providing prompt chat support across all platforms is also a key part of the role, requiring quick resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Additionally, you will analyze sales and customer service data to prepare detailed reports that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
