Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Designer Upseller to join our Design Unit at our Karachi office. This full-time role operates during the night shift and demands a motivated professional who can consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design upselling, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales growth while working closely with clients to present tailored design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and surpass a sales target of $10,000.
- Engage directly with clients to showcase design solutions and upsell relevant products or services that meet their needs.
- Apply strong negotiation skills to successfully close sales and maximize revenue.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt effectively to the night shift schedule, maintaining high energy and performance levels throughout.
- Work independently with a results-oriented mindset, taking ownership of targets and contributing to overall company goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in upselling or sales, preferably within the design industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Solid understanding of design upselling techniques and relevant product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging clients and articulating value propositions clearly.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure deals efficiently.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results without constant supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, especially during night shifts, maintaining focus and productivity.
