We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our night shift team, providing outstanding service to US-based clients. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lahore, focused primarily on managing customer communications through email and live chat, with occasional phone support. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat, with phone support as needed. You will be expected to deliver accurate, timely solutions to customer issues while maintaining a courteous and helpful tone at all times. Thorough documentation of all client interactions is essential to ensure records are current and comprehensive.
Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for resolving complex customer problems efficiently. You will need to follow established communication protocols to maintain consistency and quality in all interactions. Additionally, you will be encouraged to provide suggestions for process improvements that enhance overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English, as clear communication is vital for this role. A minimum of one year of experience supporting US-based clients is required to ensure familiarity with client expectations and cultural nuances. Strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and effective problem-solving abilities are essential to handle the dynamic nature of customer support.
