Key Responsibilities
- Analyze warehouse and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards, templates, and tools using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support the standardization of reporting formats and assist in digitalizing manual processes to streamline workflows.
- Conduct real-time operational studies to uncover losses and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to understand their data needs and translate them into practical insights.
- Assist in documenting current processes and suggest enhancements based on data-driven findings.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Final year students or recent graduates without prior professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts, as well as experience with Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Effective communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Self-motivated, accountable, adaptable to change, well-organized, and proactive in approach.
