We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to manage customer relationships and improve sales conversion strategies across our e-commerce platforms. This person will be responsible for leveraging customer data, optimizing the customer journey, building loyalty programs, and running performance-driven email/WhatsApp marketing campaigns to increase revenue and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management

  • Set up and maintain customer segments based on behavior, purchase history, and demographics.
  • Implement and manage automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
  • Create personalized communications using CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WhatsApp APIs).
  • Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion data.

Sales Optimization

  • Analyze sales funnel performance (from product views to checkout) and identify drop-off points.
  • Work closely with the Website Manager to optimize product listings, landing pages, and sales copy.
  • Run A/B tests on CTAs, offers, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of email and ad strategies.

Customer Engagement

  • Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies (e.g., points, referral discounts).
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews to improve brand trust and conversion rates.
  • Suggest upsell and cross-sell tactics based on customer purchase data.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on CRM campaign performance, customer retention rates, and sales improvements.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards) to inform strategy.
  • Recommend and execute data-driven strategies to improve LTV (lifetime value) and reduce CAC (customer acquisition cost).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in CRM, email marketing, or sales funnel optimization (e-commerce preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM/email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API and customer messaging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and funnel strategies.
  • Data-savvy with experience in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for email and sales content.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer electronics is a plus.
