We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Margalla Packages Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining business data using our custom single-entry software. Knowledge of graphic design tools and principles will be a plus to assist with basic design tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update production, inventory, and operational data into the company's single-entry software.
- Experience in working with custom business software is a plus (training will be provided)
- Perform regular data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized and secure digital records.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for data input and reporting needs.
- Prepare reports based on data entered for management review.
- Assist in creating simple graphic materials, labels, or templates for production when necessary.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in data entry, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with custom software systems (training will be provided).
