We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Margalla Packages Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining business data using our custom single-entry software. Knowledge of graphic design tools and principles will be a plus to assist with basic design tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update production, inventory, and operational data into the company's single-entry software.
Experience in working with custom business software is a plus (training will be provided)
Perform regular data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized and secure digital records.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for data input and reporting needs.
Prepare reports based on data entered for management review.
Assist in creating simple graphic materials, labels, or templates for production when necessary.

Requirements:

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience in data entry, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with custom software systems (training will be provided).
