We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our US outbound call campaigns. This is a key leadership role requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing international outbound teams, acquiring new campaigns, setting up infrastructure, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring peak operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Acquisition & Management:
Acquire and launch US-based outbound campaigns (sales, lead gen, appointment setting)
Establish and manage relationships with campaign providers and US-based clients
Align campaign objectives with center capabilities and growth goals
Technology & Data Procurement:
Set up and maintain call center systems (Vicidial, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Procure high-quality and compliant data lists for outbound campaigns
Ensure seamless dialer setup and CRM integrations
Team Leadership & Training:
Recruit, train, and mentor agents, team leads, and support staff
Develop training programs focused on sales, compliance, and soft skills
Manage day-to-day team performance and morale
Operations Oversight:
Monitor KPIs: contact rate, conversion rate, QA scores, AHT, etc.
Collaborate with support departments (QA, HR, IT) for operational success
Maintain high productivity and low attrition
Reporting & Strategy:
Generate performance reports and campaign analytics
Recommend and implement strategies to boost ROI and agent efficiency
Report directly to company leadership on performance and goals
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Call Center Manager (US campaigns)
Proven success in acquiring and managing outbound campaigns
Hands-on experience with dialers and tools like Vicidial, GoHighLevel, Five9
Solid knowledge of data procurement and compliance standards
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in US BPOs or international sales environments
Understanding of sales pipelines, appointment setting, and performance marketing
Familiarity with automation tools and AI-based sales assistants
Salary & Benefits:
PKR 100,000 – 150,000/month (commensurate with experience)
