Chef

We are seeking a Fast-Food / Desi Food Chef for a well-known food chain. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of delicious food items in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to work quickly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the creation and development of a new and innovative menu, ensuring it aligns with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the culinary team to design dishes that showcase creativity,
Develop and standardize recipes for the new product, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Conduct regular tastings and quality checks to maintain the highest culinary standards.
Lead the team by providing guidance on the preparation and presentation of the new product.
Check day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Manage kitchen staff schedules, workload distribution, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the consistent quality of all dishes served.
Keep up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients into the menu to stay competitive.

Requirement

Proven experience as a Senior Chef or similar role in a high-volume culinary environment.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and mentoring kitchen staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
