Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Product Listing Management:

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
  • Monitor and maintain product listings to ensure they are up-to-date with accurate information, pricing, and availability.

Portfolio Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and trends to identify areas for competitive advantage and product differentiation.

Promotions and Marketing:

  • Plan and execute promotions, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to drive product visibility and sales.

Feedback Management:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage product reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Performance Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze reports on key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Stay updated on Amazon policies and guidelines, ensuring all product listings and activities are in compliance.

Launch Strategy and Traffic Generation:

  • Develop and implement effective product launch strategies to maximize visibility and initial sales.
  • Drive traffic from third-party sources through partnerships, affiliate programs, and other external channels.

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.

Account Health Management:

  • Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the Amazon account, including metrics related to order defect rate, late shipments, and other key performance indicators.
  • Take proactive steps to address and resolve any account health issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly on the Amazon platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Amazon Seller Central experience and familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends, marketplace dynamics, and best practices.
  • Experience with inventory management and forecasting.
