We are looking for a highly motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to manage and resolve Odoo tickets efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo’s functional capabilities and be adept at troubleshooting and optimizing Odoo modules to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage Odoo tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Odoo.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to address any development needs.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo’s various modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Odoo to meet business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary:

  • Gross Salary Range is Rs 60,000 to Rs 65,000 per month based on experience.
