We are looking for a highly motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to manage and resolve Odoo tickets efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo’s functional capabilities and be adept at troubleshooting and optimizing Odoo modules to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and manage Odoo tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Odoo.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Work closely with the technical team to address any development needs.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Odoo’s various modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes.
Experience in configuring and customizing Odoo to meet business requirements.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
