• Compile and update employee’s record of 1,000+ Staff (hard and soft copies).
• Coordination with Facility Head/Facility Supervisor/Facility Coordinator via e-mail, phone and visit.
• Co-ordination with employees to manage day to day activities and resolving issues, if any.
• Prepare payroll of 1,000+ Staff`s and timely submission of Salary/Overtime of Projects.
• Compile data from payroll sources (Leaves, Absent etc.), Verification from supervisor duly signed by clients in case of an additional services.
• Handling all the salary related employee queries.
• Assist in day to day Operations of the HR functions and duties.

• Responsible for all financial transactions like (Pay orders, FCY/LCY conversion, internal transfer, settlement, funds transfer) done through contact center ( Siebel 8.1 )

• Responsible for all transaction taken through Request Management System like PIL & BTF closure, Product based installment plan, Limit enhancement, outstanding conversation on PIP
• Coordinating with Complaint Management Unit for quick resolution.
• Call retrievals for other departments (Fraud Management Unit, Business Development Unit, Wealth and Complaint unit)
• Critical feedback given to the officer
• Call Evaluation and Feed back to officers to enhance the Call Quality
• Major assignments of the department like month end MIS, Team Performance report, Error report, Officer Performance reports, training need analysis etc.
