Prepare and present reports, researched data, etc clearly and concisely in both oral and written form, as required.

Provide comfort and ease to the student body & establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Use Survey & Research methods of gathering data and convert in reports and presentation to forward to the management, as required.

Ensure timely resolution of complaints received by marking them to the concerned departments for immediate action and keep track of the daily updates on them to report the resolution.

Take care of the hi-alert Churn cases and correspond closely with the concerned departments along with the students. Churn reporting and working is the most prioritized section of the Quality Assurance Specialist domain of work

Provide critically important reporting to management to support academic and non-academic departments and sections feedback received.
