MajorResponsibilities and Duties:
-Identification and sesion with influencers, school teachers, religious leaders.
-Conduct meeting with neighbourhood people, resistant family members and refusals families.
-Community session about misconception of the vaccine and to encourage resistant families to immunize their children and influence others to do so. 
-facilitate and partnership with stake holders and front line service providers like CHWs
-Counseling and motivatation of refusals families.
-Facilitate registration process of newly established Health clinics, Madrasa and schools. 
-Conducting of regular meetings with local peoples, maintain and keep meeting records.
-Observing and recording of the unregistered afghan refugees at the area.
-Document and share lessons learnt, achievements and successes from the field.
-Keep regular contact with the community as well as local government officials for collecting information and reporting to the Project manager.
-Support and facilitate the monitoring team in project site.
-Provide functional and administrative support in implementing participatory approaches, needs assessments, monitoring, reporting and case management. 
-Support assessments on durable solutions.
-Facilitate liaison with competent authorities for the issuance of personal and other relevant documents.
-Observing and recording spontaneous repatriation and reverse movements of Refusal and persistently miss children's.
-Keep update the Union council level supervisor and the third party monitor.
-Maintain regular liaison with the  UCCO on day-to-day issues related to field.
-Assist in drafting reports, routine correspondence, updating relevant databases and compiling statistics within the Area of Responsibility (AoR).
-Select influencer for preliminary interviews and decide which relevant information to share.
-Perform other related duties as required.

Major Responsibilities and duties:
• Reporting and preparing data of New Born Children.
• Community Mobilization and inauguration.
• Ensure to plan all the community-based outreach awareness campaigns in all targeted sites.
• Resolve all challenges related to awareness interventions using community-based approaches.
• Assisting the community members in developing their own capacity and strength to the point where they no longer need the services of you the mobilizer.
• Micro census, field Validation and Data Analysis with a supervisor.
• Reporting, Communication and prepared data for UNIT level Supervisor.
• Routinely collaborated with department Leaderships and staff to correct problems and improve Polio service program.
• To encourage and stimulate community members to organize for action aimed at solving their problems.
• Ensure relevant target groups are identified and informed of the planned events/sessions in advance.
• Established parents support groups in the targeted communities and provided continuous support and monitoring.
• Resolve all challenges related to awareness interventions using community-based approaches.
• To raise awareness that community members themselves can move each community out of polio and other diseases, and to show them ways they can do this for themselves.

Majar Responsibilities:
• Head responsibility for progress of class of primary age students.
• Maintain and update attendance records as well as school discipline.
• Involve in staff meetings along with educational conferences and workshops.
• Conduct extra-curricular activities like supporting school concerts and sport.
• Oversee student teachers on placement tasks.
• Organize classroom as well as learning resources to develop positive learning atmosphere.
• Plan, prepare and present lessons catering to needs of entire ability range within classes.
• Motivate students with enthusiasm and imaginative presentation.
• Prepare and facilitate positive student development.

Major Responsibilities:
• Arrangement of Disaster Risk Reduction Training.
• To assist community members to identify needs and to generate solutions, identifying priority issues and to analyze their problems.
• Prepared Presentation on reported data.
• Checked job sites for accuracy to ensure that all specifications for the project were met.
• To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance.
