As Manager and Head of Department at PVTC's Staff & Teachers Training Institute, I played a strategic role in identifying training needs, designing comprehensive training plans, and formulating budgets to align with organizational goals. I developed in-house training materials, evaluated training effectiveness, and generated impactful reports to ensure continuous improvement. I collaborated with training providers to create tailored course content, selected and evaluated guest speakers and trainers, and implemented detailed procedures for training delivery and hostel administration, including SOPs for training, building management, transport, and support services. My efforts ensured the smooth operation of the institute, staff appraisals, and opportunities for ongoing development.
Key Accomplishments:
Exceeded the IST Project target by successfully training 573 individuals against a goal of 530, while developing and implementing an Entrepreneurship Training Module across 205 VTIs under PVTC.
Designed and introduced a robust “Training Needs Assessment” process and a four-dimensional training impact evaluation framework.
Established five TVET institutes in Mianwali and Bhakkar districts, designing specialized courses as part of the institute’s offerings.
Managed diverse training programs, including Marketing Competencies for Marketing Officers, Team Building and Trust Benefits for Managers, and Auditing and Financial Control for Area Managers.
Researched and developed a comprehensive Life Skills Course for instructors and administrative staff, alongside a Professional Development Course to enhance their professional capabilities.

Principal - Vocational Training Institute
As Principal of multiple Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs) within PVTC, I was responsible for overseeing the administration, quality of training, and alignment with industry standards. Initially appointed to VTI Mianwali, I went on to serve at VTI Sargodha and VTI Bahawalpur, where I led competency-based training programs, pedagogy-focused training, and managerial training initiatives. I played a key role in identifying local industry needs and steering Training Needs Assessments (TNA), ensuring that course offerings were aligned with market demands.

Established five VTIs in Mianwali and Bhakkar districts, ensuring high-quality training in line with industry standards.
Led TNA efforts to select courses based on the specific needs of the local industry, ensuring training relevance and job placement success.
