Basic Responsibility:
1. Accountable for day-to-day operations of the branch and assisting the Regional General Manager of Regional Branch
Services with managerial, and administrative functions. Maintains communication between staff and
the Sr Management. Provides support, guidance, and training to staff.
2. Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily,
weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
3. Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding
operational policies and procedures.
4. Schedules, supervises, and motivates branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal
member service satisfaction levels.
5. Assists in evaluating staff’s work performance by helping to prepare and deliver
annual reviews and performing coaching sessions.
6. Completes projects on a timely basis as assigned by management.
7. May perform duties of member service representative, teller, or other operational
positions on an as needed basis.
