Dolmen Mall Lahore will be Pakistan’s next Shopping Destination that will offer an unprecedented mix of
international and local brands, world-class dining, food court, entertainment, and leisure attraction. The state of the art shopping mall designed by Architects Chapman Taylor will represent the next generation of shopping malls in Pakistan. The Project is spread over an area of 2.1 million sq.ft. across 3 levels, with a leasable Area of 800,000 sq.ft. comprising of more than 290 retail, food and entertainment outlets. The Mall has 2 levels of basemen tcar parking for more than 2,000 vehicles. The Project is expected to be completed and operational by Q2 2023 – Q3 2023.

The Indus Hospital, Korangi Campus is spread over 20 acres of land and located in the densely populated Korangi area. TIH is now expanding and will become a state-of-the-art multifaceted, tertiary care teaching hospital, a benchmark in Pakistan’s healthcare sector in terms of its infrastructure, capacity and service delivery systems. Construction  work on all five (5) components of phase 1 has been triggered comprising of Hospital Building -1, Hospital Building -2, University Building and Prayer space except for Energy center (cum multi-level parking facility).

Key Project: Capital Project Fatima Group (New Head Office & Mix Use Development) (Project Cost: 7.5B PKR)
Render expertise in overseeing capital projects to ensure quality execution within agreed time frame and cost while following HSE standards.
Play a key role in designing and overseeing state of art high-rise, corporate head office of almost 260,000 square feet area and other developments projects.
Design and implement strategies to accomplish objectives as well as deliver presentation to leadership about project concept, strategy, and shortlisted resources.
Inspect resources, screening and recommendation, conduct corporate meetings with shortlisted resources to examine and discuss proposals, feedbacks, and closure.
Key Project: High End Residential Palaces
Actively liaised with stakeholders, principal architect, interior designer, and contractors to oversee and complete projects in a timely manner.

Key Project: KAIA “New King Abdul Aziz International Airport Jeddah, Saudi Arabia”
Successfully trained and directed cross-functional project management team as well as designed system to assure implementation of engineering rules and regulations.
Led construction of main passenger terminal building via close collaboration with engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC departments.
Skillfully examined problems and delivered solutions to assure timely resolution of administration, technical and financial issues pertaining to the project.

Designed and maintained comprehensive cost data bank for all assigned construction projects while delivering robust support to Divisional Head and Architect in analyzing total costs of construction and reimaging.

Functioned in close collaboration with construction personnel, vendors, and contractors to resolve problems and set expectations regarding process flow and process quality.
Defined a clear project scope for the workers, and updated daily workload according to the requirements.
Resident Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer
Key Project: Allied Residential Complex, KARSAZ (ARC) (For Cadets of Royal Navy of Saudi Arabia) (Project Cost: PKR 2000M)
Attended site, consultants, and commercial meetings, generated minutes of commercial meetings and helped planners in progress report preparation.
Gathered and provided data by working with cross-functional teams to perform quality investigations and improve quality performance through initiating corrective and preventative actions.
Established and evaluated contractor construction policies for accuracy, supervised contractor performance, and highlighted any concerns to senior manager for resolution.
Interconnected with the engineering department to accurately deliver design and quality verification information and follow document standards and regulations.
