Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets for Google Education and Cloud solutions.
  • Identify and qualify customers (education, business, government sectors) and create tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and collaborate with technical teams for seamless implementation.
  • Analyze sales performance, track market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Manage digital and offline marketing, including social media, email campaigns, events, and content creation.
  • Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, case studies, presentations) and work with Google's marketing team.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with Google’s partner management team for additional resources and support.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales/marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in technology.
  • Experience with cloud computing (Google Cloud preferred) and educational technology is a plus.
  • Flexible to Travel
  • Strong understanding of the Pakistani market and business environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented
