Teqniqe is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and successfully close property transactions. With 1 to 2 years of experience in property sales, the Sales Executive will actively sell property units, assess client needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the sales pipeline and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As a critical member of our sales team, the Sales Executive will not manage a team but will play an essential role in the overall success of our organization through individual performance and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell property units by identifying and targeting potential clients to achieve individual sales goals and overall company objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs by engaging in open conversations, ensuring that tailored real estate solutions are provided to meet their specific requirements.
  • Organize and conduct engaging property demonstrations and site visits, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with clients consistently to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage prospect and client information, track sales pipeline activities, and forecast sales outcomes.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends and competition in order to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and promote property listings.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge continuously.
  • Report on sales activities and results regularly to management, providing insights into client interactions and market dynamics.
