Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.   
  • Follow established procedures and protocols to identify and resolve problems.   
  • Document solutions and knowledge for future reference.   

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.   
  • Guide users on how to use software and hardware effectively.   
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware.   

System Maintenance:

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.   
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.   

Customer Service:

  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide clear instructions.   
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure.   

Other Tasks:

  • Set up new user accounts and profiles.   
  • Manage password resets and other security-related issues.   
  • Support the rollout of new applications.   

  Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer service skills and ability to work with diverse users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
