1. Assist in Closing of Monthly Financial Books of CJTL & FSL ensuring the following:

All payments & receipts have been recorded;
Receivable & Payable balances are reconciled with Customers & Vendors respectively
Accruals including Salary, Loan interest etc. have been recorded
Revenue & COS for the month has been recognized
Amortization of prepaid expenditures (Insurance)
Bank balances in ERP are matched with bank statements

2. Monthly Financial Reporting for CJTL & FSL:

Assist Statement of financial position & Statement of profit or loss for CJTL & FSL
Reconcile Sales of FSL with Purchases of CJTL; &
Compare the Revenue & Cost of FSL’s in transit sales to calculate unrealized profit.

Annual Financial Statements:

Assist Preparation of Annual Financial Statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Companies Act, 2017
Liaison with the External Auditors; &
Get the Financial Statements audited from External Auditors.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by Director of Finance Department.
