- Management of the entire sales process from the initial request through to the arrival at the final destination.
- Liaising with internal (e.g. crew planning, flight dispatch) and external partners (e.g. brokers, handling agents, catering companies) to ensure the client’s needs and wishes are met.
- Coordinating and communicating flight revisions to Clients and Partners in a timely fashion; this includes delays, weather updates, changes in scheduling…
- Grow both B2B and B2C Customers
- Develop additional sales on Experiences with our Network of Partners (Yachts, Private Villas, Hotels, etc.)
- Expanding on Client CRM by acquiring detailed knowledge of Client specifics
- Proactively monitor flight status and resolve any issues and problems that occur.
- Organization of all catering, and additional Client requests (ground transportation, transfers, accommodation, reservations, …)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the field of aviation and/or luxury travel/tourism is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years prior working experience in: sales, negotiation, and/or luxury customer service
- Hands-on Hubspot, Trello, and Adobe.
- Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills when dealing with colleagues, partners, and clients from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative.
- Target-oriented and dedicated to exceeding performance metrics.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable learning new systems
- Fluent in English to a minimum of B2 Standard.
