Your Role Will Involve:
- Identifying Opportunities: Utilize cold calling, networking, and social media to find potential clients in North America.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong connections with decision-makers, HR professionals, and managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Tailoring Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized staffing solutions that meet client requirements.
- Delivering Presentations: Showcase our unique services through well-prepared sales pitches and proposals.
- Exceeding Targets: Meet and surpass individual and team sales goals while keeping a keen eye on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of activities and client interactions while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, writing) is essential.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors
- Previous Online/Telephonic Sales experience is must
- Hand on experience in email marketing, lead generation, and cold calling.
- BPO Experience is preferred
- We encourage female candidates
- Can work in Eastern Standard time zone (5pm to 2am)
- Can Commute to DHA Phase VIII
Expected Remuneration:
- Salary ranging from 75k to 90K basic
- Uncapped Commission System
- Incentives on lead generation
