Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Responsible for preparing attendance of Field Staff.
Responsible for checking the Attendance of Field Staff on a daily basis.
Responsible for maintaining leave records of Field Staff.
Assist in the new hire process, including posting job descriptions, reviewing incoming resumes, and assisting in the scheduling and administering of phone/on-site interviews.
Update ERP/HRIS databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
Any other task assigned by the management.
