Executive OSP Planning is responsible for reviewing and finalize the design prepared by contractors against large FTTH requirements as well as small pockets designs to meet urgent commercial requirements. Ensure the network is planned by usingthe best available products and practices. Database management and updating related to all OSP projects
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Review and finalize ODN design prepared by the design contractors.
2. BoQ verifications and Budget loading recommendations in light of the finalized design
3. Technical knowledge of GPON and industry standards for OSP implementation.
4. Prepare a project tracker and keep records of all projects
5. Coordination with the survey and design team for the selection of the right kind of ODN components.
6. Verification of BoMs in the light of locked ODN design
7. Detail knowledge and hands-on experience of design software, including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth
8. Coordinate & extend technical support to network deployment teams, regional planning, and operational units to acquire necessary interfaces in timely manner.
