We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This position focuses on generating sales leads, meeting targets, and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, thrives in a competitive sales environment, and demonstrates excellent knowledge of immigration consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Present ATWICS Immigration services to prospects and explain benefits in a clear, professional manner.
  • Conduct needs analyses to determine how ATWICS can help meet client goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and address client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Target Achievement:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate new leads.
  • Coordinate with the operations and processing teams to deliver seamless services to clients.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and trends in the industry.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client offerings and reach.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and the ability to build trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Analytical thinking with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented with a competitive spirit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and residency programs (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.
