We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in MS Excel and a good understanding of accounting procedures and banking documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using MS Excel with advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Use other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.) for documentation and communication.
  • Operate and update records in ERP Accounting Software (experience with SAP).
  • Prepare and manage bank-related documentation, including:
  • Filling of cheques, deposit slips, and pay orders.
  • Drafting and submitting bank letters.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with banking staff and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Assist with general accounting tasks and support the finance department as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using ERP accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with banking documentation and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
